Nadakhan (also referred to as Prince Nadakhan and Captain Nadakhan and formerly known as King Nadakhan) is a Ninjago minifigure released in 2016.
Background[edit | edit source]
Nadakhan Son of his father Khanjikhan and his mother Grandson of his grandfather his grandmother and Nadakhan's Mother's parents and Great-Grandson of Khanjikhan's Grandfather Khanjikhan's Grandmother and Nadakhan's Mother's grandparents and Elemental Master Wizard Sorcerer Mage and Magician of Magic was the captain of Sky Pirates and Misfortune's Keep, and the most feared pirate in history. He was defeated by Captain Soto and trapped in a lamp for centuries. Nadakhan was a djinn and a prince of Realm of Djinjago Kingdom/royal prince of Realm of Djinjago Kingdom heir to the throne and A Member of the Royal House Family Dynasty and Line of Djinjago, having the ability to grant other beings three wishes. However, he manipulates these wishes to serve his own needs. When he was freed from his lamp by Clouse, he went in search of the Realm Crystal so that he could free his crew. He trapped Sensei Wu and Misako in his lamp, tricking them into giving him the location of the Crystal. After tricking and defeating several of Dr. Borg's Security Nindroids, he stole the Crystal and used it to bring back his crew, consisting of Flintlocke, Dogshank, Doubloon, Monkey Wretch, and Clancee. After reuniting his crew, he went back to his home world and kingdom of Djinjago, only to find it being destroyed, as it was the sister realm of the Cursed Realm, which the ninja destroyed. Nadakhan planned to avenge Realm of Djinjago Kingdom using his father and ancestors' Sword of Souls by using the trapped souls of Ninja and several Elemental Masters (except Skylor) to take chunks of Ninjago and put them in the sky in an attempt to make a Realm of New Djinjago Kingdom. He was also in love with Nya, as his girlfriend looked just like her. Once he was officially married with Nya, he became able to grant himself unlimited wishes. Now that he was all-powerful, he banished Clancee, Doubloon, and Monkey Wretch to their home realms, but could not find Flintlocke and Dogshank. He was weakened when Flintlocke shot him with a poison dart, which also struck Nya and caused her to die. A grief-stricken Jay wishes that Nadakhan's genie lamp was never found, forcing the now-weakened Nadakhan to fulfill Jay's wish, causing Nadakhan to never be discovered by Clouse and leaving him trapped in his lamp for all eternity.
Description[edit | edit source]
Nadakhan is a four-handed djinn, being the eighth Ninjago villain to have four hands (preceded by Samukai, Garmadon, General Kozu The Overlord, two Giant Stone Warriors, Mr. E, only with Oni Mask of Vengeance). He uses the ghostly bottom piece first introduced for the Ghost Ninja, this time moulded in orange. He has a normal torso with a hook-hand, and an additional add-on torso piece which gives him armour and additional set of arms, a piece first used for General Kouzu. His hairpiece was new at the time of release; upon its introduction, it was also used in red as Macy's hairpiece/ponytail.
