All good clones must come to an end. is the eighteenth in a series of animated online comics depicting stories from the Clone Wars universe.
Story[edit | edit source]
Nute Gunray orders the Droids to attack. The Clone Troopers charge against them, the Trooper tied to the pole tries to follow. The Tauntaun Smelly appears from behind and snaps the robe by biting through it. The Trooper is happy Smelly came back.
Meanwhile, the Clone Trooper Commander rides on top of a Corporate Alliance Tank Droid, the other Troopers tipping it over. They are glad to have crashed this one but find out they are completly outnumbered. Suddenly, Smelly appears with the Trooper, smashing the Droids. Nute Gunray states he will have his revenge someday later and leaves in a Separatist Shuttle.
After making Smelly a member of the Squad, the Commander and the Troopers watch Nute escaping with their Shuttle they arrived on the planet. Thinking about how to leave the planet, a Trooper discovers jetpacks to travel with. While flying through the air, with Smelly carrying with them, the Commander spots three Y-Wing Starfighters. Mace Windu, Yoda and Plo Koon watch them leaving with their transport.
The team is again on its way to find R2-D2 but they get sucked up by a tractor beam into a Venator-class Republic Attack Cruiser. Inside, the Troopers give report about the moon, when Palpatine shows a Hologram of Anakin and Ahsoka which already found R2-D2. Palpatine tells them they are all fired.
The last scene shows the Clone Trooper team having a "vacation" on a desert planet, when a Trooper suddenly spots R2-D2 driving through the scene. It drives past the Troopers and two Droids, building a sandcastle, which is destroyed by a hopping Clone Walker. R2 drives to the sun and disappears behind the dunes.
