New York Toy Fair this Saturday - details revealed
The 2016 New York Toy Fair will begin thie Saturday, February 13. You can read the various press releases about the LEGO sets to be on display here, they include the LEGO Ideas set, 21305 Maze along with a wide variety of other sets we've already seen at previous Toy Fairs. It also says there will be "50 never-before-seen LEGO Minifigures debuting in three waves this year" - this is likely Minifigures Series 15, 16 and the Disney series (there are 18 minifigures in the Disney series which is why the number would be 50). Some info has also been given in the press release about the UCS Star Wars set, 75098 Assault on Hoth. It will include Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Toryn Farr, Wes Janson, Wedge Antilles, K-3PO "and more" minifigures. Also, the set will include... a Snowspeeder!

In case you missed it, just2good and CM4Sci have finished revealing the lineup for 71013 Minifigures Series 16. While the names may not be final, these are the figures:
LEGO arm wins award in Paris
Carlos Arturo Torres has won the Grand Prix award at Netexplo, a digital technology conference, for his IKO Creative Prosthetic Arm. The prosthetic arm is designed for children requiring a prosthetic limb. A remote controlled digger is the design mainly featured for the attachment, but it allows children to design their own attachments on their arms. The base LEGO model is attached to the child's arm via a 3D-printed attachment; having these cheaper materials for prosthetics makes them far more affordable and easier to maintain.
