Namespaces[edit source]
Just letting you that I moved Captainjackster to UserWiki:Captainjackster so that it's in the right namespace. BrickfilmNut (talk) 18:23, 7 March 2015 (UTC)
- Another user brought to my attention that I totally forgot how userpages work in the context of our new social extension. Apparently, what is displayed under a UserWiki page does not automatically show up on one's userpage; it's only linked to if one's using a social profile, which it appears you are not. My apologies for this. I've added some code to User:Captainjackster so that it automatically displays what you've written on the UserWiki page, allowing you to change the appearance of both while only having to edit one of the pages. If you'd like, however, you could instead move a copy of the UserWiki page over to User:Captainjackster, or even make both pages entirely different. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. My apologies once again for the blunder. BrickfilmNut (talk) 03:11, 8 April 2015 (UTC)
MARVEL Edits[edit source]
Hi. Thank you for your edits on those marvel pages, but unfortunately some users and I had to undo them. While constructive, they are in violation of one of Brickipedia's policies. Could please refrain from doing this in the future? It may result in a block, and I know neither of us want that :). If you have any more questions, feel free to contact me or any admin. Thanks for understanding. BrikkyyTalk 00:45, 10 March 2015 (UTC)
- Going to be honest, I did not check the edits you specified :P. Anyway, regarding the NOT policy, a general rule of thumb is no more than a few lines of background on the character themselves. For example, say I wanted to add some info to Wolverine about the splitting of the x-men (not that we would ever need it here :P); "After a feud with Cyclops, Wolverine became the leader of a new group of X-Men." would be fine, but adding things such as "wolverine's team went on to face enemies such as Krakatoa. During this process, wolverine had a hard time controlling his new students." would be a little too much. All it really comes down to is common sense :P. Our readers want LEGO information not MARVEL info, which is why you should see a link to a MARVEL wiki in the external links. As I said earlier, feel free to ask any more questions :) BrikkyyTalk 05:30, 11 March 2015 (UTC)
Background section[edit source]
Please use the background section after writing backgrounds. Thanks for all the edits though :) Soupperson1 Friends are Forever! <3
Tip[edit source]
When adding a video game please use a * first and two ' before and after the title. You can copy the format of the game above. Thanks for trying to help though. Just follow this format in future :) Soupperson1 Friends are Forever! <3
User page edits[edit source]
Hi, thanks for editing! As a tip, when you're making many test edits to the same page, instead of saving that page it's helpful to use the "Show preview" button. This prevents an excessive amount of entries from being added to the recent changes and still allows you to test your edits. Thanks, ToaMeiko (talk) 14:55, 16 May 2015 (UTC)

BrickfilmNut has awarded you a Gold Brick! Gold Bricks are awards given by users to other users for all their hard work. Great job!
You can copy the code for this Gold Brick and add it to your userpage. BrickfilmNut also added the following comment: For updating all of the Dimensions images! |
Thanks,Brickfilm! -Captainjackster Wednesday, Aug 19, 2015.
Background[edit source]
- Hi, thanks for all your recent edits :) Just wanted to let you know that the for the headers you're adding, the word is spelled Background (with the g). Thought it'd be good to let you know so it saves people from going back and fixing up the headings all the time, hope that's ok. Thanks, NovaHawk 00:17, 19 August 2015 (UTC)
- Haha no worries, it's no big deal :) Also I was just wondering- do you know how to easily sign your name on talk pages? If not, you can type ~~~ for just your username, or ~~~~ for your username and the current time. Not saying you have to do it like that or anything, but it does save you time typing out your username :) NovaHawk 01:26, 20 August 2015 (UTC)

Re:Clone Slamming me and my customs[edit source]
Sorry that it has taken me a couple of days to respond. Clone has a very dry sense of humor, so he may have been joking. I'm sorry about it, but let me know if it continues. In the meantime, if you think more immediate action is needed, you could take Meiko's advice and leave a report here (that link is still on Brickipedia, by the way :P ). Thanks. - Captainjackster on Tuesday, September 1st, 2015.
Show preview[edit source]
Hey Captainjackster, I've noticed that both here on Brickipedia and our sister site, Brickimedia Customs, you have a habit of making a series of many minor edits in a short period of time. While this isn't against any policies, it is frowned upon because it clogs up the recent changes and other feeds. To prevent many minor edits from needing to be saved individually, we strongly encourage that you use the "Show preview" button located directly next to the "Save page" button. This allows you to see how your edit will appear without saving it immediately, therefore allowing you to continue making changes to the same page. If you can decrease the number of edits you make to each page at a time, it helps patrollers, administrators, and other users to keep track of recent changes to the wiki. Please take this advice to mind when continuing to edit here at Brickipedia. Thanks, ToaMeiko (talk) 21:17, 2 September 2015 (UTC)
- Just a reminder about this — it appears you've made a substantial number of edits in a short amount of time to your user page alone today, which is inconvenient for patrollers who have to manually review each change you make to your user page. If you can decrease the number of changes you are making by clicking "Show preview" instead of saving the page right away, it makes it easier on the other members of the community to review your edits. Thanks, ToaMeiko (talk) 01:29, 9 September 2015 (UTC)
Files to pages[edit source]
The reason the files on your user page aren't loading is because your putting the ".png, .gif" ect. at the end. It should be "File:yellowdancingman.gif|thumnail" not "File:yellowingdancingman|thumnail|.gif". Soupperson1 Friends are Forever! <3
Video game only category[edit source]
- Hi, thanks for finding those pages that needed to be tagged as being video game only :) Just letting you know that Category:Video game only minifigures should never be directly added to a page, instead, you should add the following template under the {{Rating}} tag: {{nonLEGOminifigure|videogame}}. This adds a banner to the top of the page, and also puts the minifigure in that category. Thanks, NovaHawk 12:49, 10 September 2015 (UTC)
- Hi Captainjackster - to follow up from Nova, if there is already {{nonLEGOminifigure|videogame}} on the page, you don't need to add {{nonLEGOminifigure|physical}}, since the videogame one already says the minifigure is non-physical. Thanks, CJC95 (talk) 13:06, 10 September 2015 (UTC)
What I think is going on is Norman Osborn was a Spider-Man figure, but never released in a Super Heroes set, so he would go only on the Spider-Man figures template. I think there are a couple Batman characters like that too. As for Ms. Marvel, Kamala Khan isn't going to be in a set. Insiders have said Carol Danvers as Captain Marvel will be. I hope this helps. Berrybrick (talk) 23:29, 10 September 2015 (UTC)
Re: Reverting my {{MarvelFigs}} template edits.[edit source]
- Not sure if you've seen it, but Late explained why on my talk page. Also, I try to put reasons for rv-ing goo faith edits in the edit summaries, you may want to check them as well if your edits are ever reverted (although, looking back that may not have been a detailed enough explanation, sorry about that) NovaHawk 23:32, 10 September 2015 (UTC)
Re: Rollback[edit source]
- Rollback's a function that allows users who are active in reverting vandalism to do so more quickly- instead of hitting "undo" then "save", they can just hit "rollback". Most wikis have a separate "rollback" right, but on Bricki, it's a part of patroller rights. You don't "earn" the rights, you just have to meet the minimum requirements to make a request (250 edits and have been on the wiki for 10 days). But that doesn't automatically give you the rights- an admin then determines whether to give you the rights, based on familiarity with wiki policies/rules, general quality of edits and how active you are in countervandalism. Hope that helps, you can read more at BP:UR. NovaHawk 01:44, 11 September 2015 (UTC)
Linking other sites[edit source]
If you want to link other sites just simply copy and paste the URL. Alternatively if you put it in [ and ] if you want a number not the URL e.g. if I want to advertise https://www.carlyraemusic.com, I'll follow my instructions and get [1] Soupperson1 Friends are Forever! <3

Caption Contest[edit source]
Thanks for participating but I cant seem to see your entry in the comments...sorry to trouble u again I understand that there might have been confusion with the comments section as I created it as a page not using the usual 'create a blog' route. Thus may I trouble u to repost your original entry in the comments again? Thanks and sorry again for the trouble!
--Omega X (talk) 07:40, 10 December 2015 (UTC)
No, it wouldn't trouble me at all. I actually didn't post my entry yet, but I did have an idea for one. Thanks again. - Captainjackster on December 10, 2015.

Re:Five edits award[edit source]
We don't really use automatic awards here, at least not to my knowledge. It looks like there is a five edit award on meta, but it tells me you have that. If you have any more questions, I would suggest you ask Meiko, because I don't know much about this behind the scenes stuff. :P Berrybrick (talk) 22:02, 16 December 2015 (UTC)
Reverting your edits[edit source]
Read our manuel of style, but we do not put gallery of variants up if there is only one of each, it's kinda pointless. Other edits where reverted because background are written from an in universe perspective with no breaks(i.e. Separating by movie) and if we don't have a character from that version (i.e. ant-man fro USM) we don't put a background for it or if they only appeared once in a small TV movies We dont count it.thanksBrickheroSPACESHIP (talk) 14:02, 18 December 2015 (UTC)
If it is easier for you, or if you just want to, leave your message in the comments. Either works. Also, if possible, please leave your talk messages before the comments not after, if you choose to do talk messages, not comments. Thank you for your time. Captainjackster (talk) 15:40, 22 December 2015 (UTC)

User categories[edit source]
- Hi, user categories, such as the YouTube one you made, need to have an accompanying userbox and go through userbox proposals. It's a good idea though so it should pass pretty easily if you wanted to make a proposal :) NovaHawk 23:12, 15 January 2016 (UTC)
Important changes for 2016[edit source]
Brickipedia and the Brickimedia Network are undergoing big changes in 2016. Discussions are currently open and need your input at Project:2016 Changes:
- New hosting – Brickipedia is considering changing servers. Please share your opinion on the matter.
- Consolidate the sites – Brickimedia Customs and LEGO Stories Wiki have recently merged, but to further optimize the site and the community, it has been proposed to consolidate the sites to simply Brickipedia and the Great Ball Contraption Wiki.
- Readership and Engagement – Proposal to frequently survey the community and visitors to gather data to continue optimizing the site.
- Scrap the Admin Wiki – Proposal to give the community more transparency by deleting the private admin wiki for Brickimedia.
- New subsites – Ideas to expand Brickipedia's project scope by adding new namespaces.
Please voice your opinion and read over the proposals and comments! --ToaMeiko (talk) 02:00, 13 March 2016 (UTC)

Custom Pages Infobox - Creator Section[edit source]
Hi Captainjackster. Quick note on pages such as Fan:Batman. When you fill out the infobox, for the "Creator = " section, you'll want to provide just your username, rather than a link. For example, you'll want to just write "Captainjackster" rather than "[[User:Captainjackster]]". Otherwise, the system to automatically add "Category: Customs by Captainjackster" to the page doesn't work properly: it tries to add "Category: Customs by [[User:CaptainJackster]]", to the page instead, which creates that ugly-looking code you see at the top of your Batman page. :P Hope this helps. 75.158.149.114 20:49, 7 July 2016 (UTC)

8755 Keetongu was released as a set in 2005. He included a bright red Rhotuka spinner. A lock on his chest armour allowed one to open his chest cavity and fire a Rhotuka spinner as in the story. His whirling shields could be spun with an axle on his right arm, and their area increased as they spun and decreased when they again became still. The Keetongu set contained 201 pieces which could be combined with the pieces of Roodaka to create The Shadowed One set, with the pieces of Sidorak to create the Sentrakh set, or with the pieces of both Sidorak and Roodaka to create the Voporak set.
