- Per below, and also my comment on the Lord Vampyre nom- I really think that since this is a non-licensed minifig, the background should be sourced using ref tags and referring to an article on the related TV episode. I am meaning to bring this up in a forum for expanding the sourcing policy, but I'm not able to be on right now for period of time long enough for me to actually think it out and write it down.
