[List of appearances]

Even Piell is a Star Wars minifigure released in 2012, based on the Jedi High Councillor from the Star Wars universe.

Description[edit | edit source]

Even Piell's leg piece is shortened and unposeable, and coloured black. The torso piece is brown with flesh-coloured printing. The piece has silver, grey, black and flesh-coloured printing to depict a brown outer robe with belt, black inner robe, and the robe's opening at the top. This piece also has back printing continuing the design from the front, with outlining for the outer robe and the back of the belt. Piell's head piece is flesh-coloured, featuring a face with a downturned mouth, grey eyebrows, several scars, one eye, and a scar with closed eyelids where Piell's other eye should be. A special piece was designed for Even Piell to go over the head piece. It is also primarily flesh-coloured, features two large ears, eyebrows which cover the eyebrows printed on the headpiece, additional scars, and hair on the top. Piell comes armed with a green-bladed lightsaber with a silver hilt.

Background[edit | edit source]

Even Piell was a male Lannik Jedi Master who served during the Clone Wars. During the war, he was captured by the Separatists after recieving vital information that both the Republic and the Separatists needed to win the war and taken to the Citadel on Lola Sayu, a Separatist prison. He was later rescued by a taskforce led by Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi. However, during the escape, Piell was killed by a creature called an Anooba, but not before passing on to Ahsoka Tano his half of the information. The Jedi later mourned their loss and held a funeral by wrapping him and placing his body in a river of lava on the citadel planet

Notes[edit | edit source]

  • Early preliminary images of Piell inaccurately depicted him with a blue-bladed lightsaber.
  • In early releases of the minifigure, there was a problem where the head mould covered most of his eyes, similar to a problem surrounding many Batman minifigures.
